After installing an older ASM Signature Update (ASU) may cause the browser challenge to fail for the first few minutes after provisioning ASM.
Browsers remain on whitepage after receiving a browser challenge. Note: The problem should go away after 10-to-15 minutes of provisioning ASM, when more versions of JavaScript are generated.
-- Using BIG-IP version 13.1.0.5. -- Installing an ASU from before April 2018.
Install the latest ASU.
The browser challenges will succeed even after installing an older ASU.
