If HTML page includes '<META ... charset=...>' tag inside HTML comment, this tag must not be used as character set definition. But Portal Access ignores HTML comments in this case, and rewritten page may contain incorrect characters.

- HTML page contains commented wrong character set definition, for example: <!-- <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=big5"> --> - Back-end server response with this page does not include character set definition in 'Content-type' header.
Use iRule to add 'Content-type' response header with correct character set definition for affected HTML pages.
