At "All Options -> Organize E-Mail -> Delivery reports" page, IE10-11 may open "Select users" window without any content.

Impact

User cannot set 'Delivery reports' option correctly.

Now OWA2010 "All Options -> Organize E-Mail -> Delivery reports" page works correctly being accessed in IE10-11 via Portal Access.
