Symptoms

When running spanning tree, a BIG-IP device sends TCN BPDUs after receiving a topology change notification on its root port.

Impact

No observable network impact from the TCN flag being sent in the BPDU.

Conditions

A BIG-IP device is connected to another switch running spanning tree and the BIG-IP device is not the root switch of the tree.
