Impact

Internet Explorer in compatibility mode on Windows 8.1 cannot install/update ActiveX controls from the BIG-IP Edge gateway.

Conditions

This occurs when using BIG-IP Edge Gateway on Internet Explorer in compatibility mode on Windows 8.1.

Workaround

There is no workaround to this issue.
