TMM panics with 'unable to extend db' error messages.
TMM cannot start up
This issue occurs when the fix for ID2033781 is applied, and very large configurations are present. Without this fix, TMM logs 'mco_db_extend failed' messages and ignores the configuration settings. It can also occur with moderately sized configurations, where TMM extends the database by the product of two configuration settings. For instance, this could happen with hundreds of bot-defence profiles and thousands of bot-defence signatures.
