No service-down-action RST packet (rstcause text "Flow expired (sweeper: pool member down)") is sent out from BIG-IP to either client or pool member when service-down-action is configured as "reset," and pool member monitor down occurs
When monitor down occurs, client or pool member may not receive RST packet from BIG-IP and connection may remain longer
