After logging in to the BIG-IP Configuration Utility, some pages display the error "Error getting auth token from login provider." Affected pages include Device Management, Shared Objects, and iApps Application Services
Remote users with usernames starting with an underscore cannot access some Configuration Utility pages. Other pages and CLI access are unaffected
- BIG-IP is configured to use a remote authentication provider (such as Active Directory, LDAP, or RADIUS) - The remote user's username begins with an underscore character (for example, _username)
