"Admin" users will be unable to create or view configuration objects (such as virtual servers) in partitions other than /Common via the GUI. When switching between partitions, the GUI loses connectivity.
Admin users will be unable to manage configuration in non-Common partitions. Operational workflows are disrupted for environments using multiple partitions.
BIG-IP version 17.5.1.6, 17.1.3.2, or 21.0.0.2 User is logged in with admin privileges. Attempting to switch to or manage objects in a partition other than /Common via GUI.
This issue is fixed in Engineering Hotfixes (EHFs) that can be downloaded from https://my.f5.com/manage/s/downloads for BIG-IP v17.1.3.2 and v17.5.1.6: - BIG-IP 17.1.3.2: Hotfix-BIGIP-17.1.3.2.0.14.32-ENG.iso - BIG-IP 17.5.1.6: Hotfix-BIGIP-17.5.1.6.0.67.25-ENG.iso For BIG-IP 21.0.0.2 or if you are already using a separate EHF on 17.1.3.2 or 17.5.1.6, request an EHF from F5 Technical Support.
