Description

Symptoms

HA pair's standby unit makes it permanently respond Destination Net Prohibited (ICMP type 3 code 9) to a ping if allow-service is set to none.

Impact

HA pair's standby unit is not responsive to pings.

Conditions

Creating and deleting a SNAT translation for a self IP on an high availability (HA) pair's standby unit.

Workaround

Restarting TMM brings self IP back to original state, that us it responds to ICMP echo request.
