You encounter this issue if the vCenter has no Internet access or the DNS cannot resolve the VMware domain.vSAN skyline health report "Unable to query vSAN health information. Check vSphere Client logs for details."Error in vCenter UI
vSAN skyline online health function requires vCenter has Internet access and can resolve VMware domain.
Option 1If the vCenter is using external DNS, find a valid DNS that can resolve the VMware domain, then follow the Solve procedure to update the DNS settings of vCenter.Option 2If the vCenter is using VxRail internal DNS (new feature in VxRail 7.0.010), you must find a valid upstream DNS that can solve vmware.com domain, then follow Solve procedure to add the Upstream DNS to VxRail internal DNS.Option 3If you do not need skyline online health function and do not want to see that error on vCenter UI, you could choose to leave Customer Experience Improvement Program using vCenter UI.
