On April 25, 2026, the HTTPS Listener Server Certificate is expiring within Secure Connect Gateway. Once the certificate expires, connect homes using this service fail to transfer. Impact Description: If the HTTPS Listener Server Certificate is not updated prior to April 25, 2026, products using legacy HTTPS file transfer methods to Secure Connect Gateway will fail to send connect homes.Which Systems May Be Affected? The cause is the expiration date of the Secure Connect Gateway HTTPS listener service server certificate used by ConnectEMC which is used on some older products.
