Unable to see the local and remote arrays in Unisphere for PowerMax 9.2 using smc user.

Cause

smc user is missing from symauth or Incorrect license is used.

Resolution

For Standalone Unisphere for PowerMax (Windows or Linux): Ensure smc user is present in symauth symauth list -users Ensure correct license is in place.If the above criteria are met, reboot the host. For Embedded Unisphere for PowerMax, open a case with support with correct Serial Number. PowerMax support will check the above and reboot the containers if deemed necessary.
