Network connectivity interruptions may be experienced when moving between access points with the same SSID while connected with a Realtek 8852BE wireless card. After roaming between access points, the computer may remain connected to the network but experience limited or no external network connectivity. The issue may occur when roaming between access points with the same wireless network name, resulting in the network connection becoming unavailable. Also, all SSID names may disappear from the wireless network scan list. The issue may also occur after unlocking the laptop. The wireless icon still shows connected but there is no Internet connection. If this issue is experienced, confirm that the signal strength remains strong while moving between access points to ensure that this article applies. Computers frequently roam to switch between access points. This causes users to experience repeated disconnects and reconnects. The computer is unable to keep the signal stable when this happens while under a heavy resource load.

Updating the Realtek RTL8852BE Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Driver to version 6001.15.164.201, A25 or later on the computer resolves the issue.
