When the computer moves to another access point, the operating system misses a command. This causes the wireless driver to get out of sync with the access points.

Updating the Realtek RTL8852BE Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Driver version 6001.15.161.0, A19 or later on the computer resolves the issue.
