Affected Platforms: Dell 14 Premium DA14250Dell 16 Premium DA16250 Users have to back up files to an SD card, but SupportAssist OS Recovery is unable to detect the SD card, when attempting to restore the operating system using SupportAssist OS Recovery.
The manifest files must be updated to support SD card drivers. This issue is fixed with SupportAssist OS Recovery 5.5.13.
