The NetWorker VMware Protection (NVP) integration is configured with the vProxy appliance. The NetWorker server option for "Manual Saves" has been disabled, causing manually initiated vProxy backups to fail. NetWorker server "Manual save" option was cleared. NOTE: If this option is cleared, all "manual save" operations are impacted. This setting is not limited to vProxy backups only.
Select your NetWorker server in the NMC "Protection" tab and press "Ctrl + O" to access the NetWorker server propertiesIn the "Backup" section of the General tab, ensure that the "Manual saves" option is selected: Figure 1: NetWorker Management Console (NMC) server properties window showing the "manual saves" feature.
