Cause

Using multiple tasks with a grid pattern can cause OLED driving noise and system noise to exceed the touch controller's threshold, leading to ghost touch issues.

Resolution

Updating to LGD Touch Panel Firmware Update Utility version 8321T00W01, A00 or later on the computer resolves the issue. To download and install the firmware, refer to How to Download and Install Dell Drivers and Firmware.
