Symptoms

Core dump files cannot be downloaded from the Data Domain System Manager (DDSM) when running DD OS 7.8. The following message appears when the "Download" button is clicked: ""code":401,"messages":["Unauthorized"]" Support bundles and other log files can still be downloaded from the DDSM without issue.

Cause

This is due to a code defect. The support page was revamped in DD OS 7.8 and this issue arose as a consequence of the code change.

Resolution
