Reinstall Intel Thunderbolt Controller Driver
Step 1: Uninstall Intel Thunderbolt Controller Driver from Apps & Features
Press Windows Key + X, then click Apps and Features.Search Thunderbolt.Click Intel Thunderbolt Control Center and then click Uninstall.Allow the uninstallation to complete.Reboot your computer.
Step 2: Uninstall Thunderbolt(TM) Controller from Device Manager
Press Windows Key + X, then click Device manager.Once in Device manager window, under System Devices, look for Thunderbolt(TM) Controller.Right-click Thunderbolt(TM) Controller and click Uninstall.

Ensure to select Delete the driver software for this device, then click Uninstall to confirm uninstall.

Step 3: Install Intel Thunderbolt Controller driver from Dell Drivers & Downloads
Browse to Intel Thunderbolt Controller driver.Click Download and save the file to your computer.Open File Explorer, and browse to the location where the downloaded file is saved.Double-click the Intel Thunderbolt Controller driver setup file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process.
