A Dial Home may also be sent.
There are several root causes, including a bad card or a poor connection between the card and the Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus (due to mis-seating or dirt).
1. Log in to the affected node as admin and switch to root: su - 2. Confirm the error in /var/log/messages: grep MAJ /var/log/messages 3. A node transplant is likely required. Contact Dell Technical Support for further assistance.
