The Precision 7730 has four M.2 slots, however when installing four NVMe SSDs, all are detected in the BIOS but Intel IRST only detects three SSDs.

This is not a fault but the limitation of IRST, which only supports three NVMe devices. See the images below with examples showing only three SSDs.
