When NetScaler SDX is configured to use Console-based licensing (for example, Pooled Bandwidth or Flexed), and legacy file-based license files are still present locally on the SVM, SDX becomes unlicensed when any such local license expires. As a result, both the SVM and all NetScaler VPX instances on SDX become unlicensed. Workaround: Delete local file-based .lic licenses from the SVM, except zero-capacity software licenses, which must not be deleted. The local file-based licenses are located in the /mpsconfig/license SVM folder and must be deleted from that folder using the shell prompt. 2.
