Symptom
Nexus N9K-X9716D-GX V05 does not boot and will go into power down state
Following syslog will be seen for the affected module running affected versions
%MODULE-2-MOD_DIAG_FAIL: Module X (Serial number: FOCXXXXXXXX) reported failure due to Driver SSE call failed in device DEV_LINECARD (device error 0x0)
Conditions
This issue only affects N9K-X9716D-GX V05 and later running 10.1(1), 10.1(2) and 10.2(1)
Switch# show inventory module X
NAME: "Slot X", DESCR: "16x400G Ethernet Module "
PID: N9K-X9716D-GX , VID: V05 , SN: FOCXXXXXXXX

No Workaround
NXOS upgrade to 10.2(2) and later is needed to boot Nexus N9K-X9716D-GX V05
