Customer is adding APs to the deployment, more 9162 to be installed, fear of all of them to be affected
Symptom
105 APs 9162 in flexconnect mode are constantly disjoining the controller, they connected to a sw with fastethernet ports, other 9120/2802/2702 same switch same controller remain stable and joined, keepalives missing from the AP to the WLC
Bouncing the AP will solve the issue for 2-3 weeks, then the issue happens again and only bouncing it the issue goes away. Capwap timers set top the maximum
Conditions
Lab repro proposed to customer, not willing to wait for the FastEthernet or GigabitEthernet testing
Workaround
Bounce the APs in oder to remain joined to controller for 2-3 weeks
Further Problem Description
In total 200+ 9162 to be added to the network, only the 105 currently installed affected
one of the switch model is
cisco C1000FE-48P-4G-L (Marvell PJ4B (584) v7 (Rev 2)) processor (revision C0) with 524288K bytes of memory.
