Symptom
Power supplies (including, but not limited to: NXA-PAC-650W-PE/PI or NXA-PAC-500W-PE/PI) can be seen reported as "None" as per "show environment power detail" command while continuing to operate normally:

During the issue "OK" LED is seen to be either green or flashing green, and "Fault" LED is seen to be off.
Conditions
The trigger - under voltage fault - low input voltage.
This trigger has been reached from power maintenance being performed on the power grid or power provider electrical circuits.
