When MPA is shutdown, the interrupt thread should be killed gracefully to avoid any unintended access to the UIO device. Right now thread is not getting killed, this results in optics_driver still trying to access the MPA FPGA through UIO device which no more exists because the MPA is poweredOFF. This leads to kernel crash.
