Symptom

Customer configured SAML Identity Provider in ISE GUI. customer created Attributes under the attribute section . Now Under advanced settings section customer referenced the attribute that is created under Identity Attribute . Now delete the attribute that is referenced in previous step. Ideally it should not get deleted because it is referenced in the above steps. So this is a buggy behaviour. After the deletion , the config under Advance setting is not changed.

Only for SAML ID Provider

Workaround

Change the Advance setting Identity attribute to Subject and save it or create Attribute and reference to that Attribute.
