This is observed on 93180YC-FX3 running 9.3.9. This is not seen on 93180YC-EX or 93108TC-EX running the same NXOS and EPLD command.
Make sure NXOS and EPLD images match before running "show install all impact epld bootflash:n9000-epld..img "
Before upgrading any EPLD images, the Cisco NX-OS operating system needs to be updated to the level required for the images, same applies to the pre-check command.
