Symptom
Cat9500X-28C8D switch running 17.12.02 or 17.13.01 with both PSUs connected to power source.
Both "show environment all" and "show power detail" show both PSU status as active and LEDs are green on both PSUs.
Upon disconnect of power cord from PS1 PSU, the LED on that PSU turns red and then turns off as expected.
The remaining PS2 PSU is working and the switch continues to operate fine with single remaining PSU.

- upon single power cord reconnect, log message is generated for both PSUs
