Symptom

When any Graceful Restart (GR) trigger (like TCP socket error) is received followed by neighbor admin shutdown which is a non-GR trigger, the prefixes received from the neighbor are deleted after delay (after stale timer expires).

Conditions

1. Graceful Restart is enabled on DUT and adjacent routers, and 2. Session is undergoing Restart due to GR trigger like TCP socket error, and 3. Session is admin shutdown following a GR trigger above.
