Symptom

SIG Auto Tunnel API workflow is never started although the configuration is present. "show sdwan secure-internet-gateway tunnels" shows "No entries found". Following debugs can be enabled to verify. After enabling the debugs, configure the tunnels and run an admin-tech to upload to a TAC case. debug platform software sdwan ftm sig debug platform software sdwan sig

Conditions

1. Dialer interface is showing up in the "show sdwan ftm interface" output as the first WAN interface. 2. Dialer interface has no IP. 3. SIG Auto Tunnel is configured.

Workaround

Remove the Dialer interface configuration. If needed, open a TAC case for any further assistance.
