Symptom

When using ZTP to deploy an ISE 3.2.0.542 VM - Hotpatches do not get installed if a Patch is specified in the ZTP configuration. For example, with the following configuration, ISE will install the specified Patch, but the Hotpatch will not be installed. repository_name=repo repository_protocol=http repository_server_name=192.168.1.1 repository_path=/ patch=ise-patchbundle-3.2.0.542-Patch1-23011406.SPA.x86_64.tar.gz hotpatches=ise-apply-CSCwd57978_3.2.0.542_patch1-SPA.tar.gz
