Symptom

Frame Relay DTE router starts experiencing DRAM(EXMEM) exhaustion due to memory leak and crashes.

Conditions

The symptom may be observed when Frame Relay DCE and DTE are configured with DLCIs and up and running. Then if DCE removes DLCI from its configuration but DTE does not, it leads to a memory leak because DTE does not delete pvc uidb at the dataplane.

Workaround

Delete DLCI or shutdown interface at DTE.
