ENV LED lit as amber even if all the FAN and PSU are operational. All fans and PSUs are shown as OK in the output of the `show environment` command. In the output of the `show system internal platform all` command, the LED status are as follows. All fans are running in normal speed shown in `show env fan detail` ChassisLEDs: TOR=Green, Env=Amber, PS=Green, Fan=Amber TORLEDs: Status=Green
Issue can be reproduced on N9K-C93240YC-FX2 with 10.3(1), 10.3(2), 10.3(3).

The issues were caused by Code-sync damage. The number of fans were not set correctly on N9K-C93240YC-FX2 causing wrong setting of ENV LED. Fix has been added to correct the number of fans on the switch.
