Symptom
- inconsistent TRK license consumption between -TR and -SE line cards on ASR-9010 router.
- There is no impact, but we need to check and address the issue to see if this is by design or a potential bug to fix it.
Conditions
issue related to IOS-XR version 7.4.2. Specifically, there are some inconsistencies with the FCM tracking license on the FLEX TR line card.
If FLEX-TR or FLEX-SE, the router should ask: A9K-4GH-FLEX-TRK, it seems only ask A9K-4GH-FLEX-TRK if the FLEX-SE is present.
Or maybe is per design, router will only ask for FLEX-SE .
