Symptom

upgrade ASR9K with A9K-VSM-500 from 6.4.2 to 6.8.2. The upgrade of ASR9K was successful. But after changing the ova file for VSM-500 LC(6.4.2 to 6.8.2) , the system continuously generates the following logs: pfm_node_rp[388]: %PLATFORM-DIAGS-3-PUNT_FABRIC_DATA_PATH_FAILED : Set|online_diag_rsp[217231]|System Punt/Fabric/data Path Test(0x2000004)|failure threshold is 3, (slot, NP) failed: (0/3/CPU0, 1) (0/6/CPU0, 1) pfm_node_rp[388]: %PLATFORM-DIAGS-3-PUNT_FABRIC_DATA_PATH_FAILED : Clear|online_diag_rsp[217231]|System Punt/Fabric/data Path Test(0x2000004)|failure threshold is 3, (slot, NP) failed: (0/3/CPU0, 1) (0/6/CPU0, 1) PUNTFABRIC data path failure issue in standby card, it needs a fix from pm lib. In the past there was a similar issue on SIP-700 card - CSCvs53689 but this time for VSM need similar fix, that PM lib has to force to use only 6 VQIs on FIA of VSM card instead of all 8 VQIs. Note that - VQI 6 & 7 are not used (last VQIs in slice 1) so this issue is totally non-servicing impacting.
