All attempts to restart PUBD such as re-enable Netconf: - no netconf-yang - netconf-yang End up crashing the device after a few minutes due to PUBD process
The process PUBD may crash from another issue that leads to a wrong state in the database.
A current workaround is to reload the device to clear this stale state of the PUBD database
