This issue has been seen on some C8200 routers when running an old version of rommon.
A power cycle can temporarily clear the issue, however the issue may reoccur.
A fix for this issue is contained in rommon version 17.6(6r). As of IOS-XE 17.4.x rommon on C8200, 17.5.x rommon on C8200L are bundled with the IOS-XE image and automatically upgraded if the bundled rommon version is higher than the current rommon version. IOS-XE 17.6.6, 17.9.4 and later will contain the rommon version with the fix for this issue. For customers seeing i210 NIC PCIE erros that needs to RMA the boards, this rommon has the fix.
