Symptom
If the WLC is receiving a CoA disconnect request from the radius server for a client which is not connected, the WLC will just stay silent and not send any Disconnect-NAK as it should (as per RFC).
show aaa clients
CoA reauth is seen as CoA,
CoA Terminate is seen as PoD.
Number of PoD sessions is is increasing but not PoD ACK or PoD NACK for all sessions

Further Problem Description
This is not a problem on the WLC itself, but it may cause overhead on the Radius server side since the AAA keeps the Disconnect request open, until the NAK is received
