When the cisco 8000 series device is undergoing reload, its sending the trap ‘admin-down’ but when it comes up all up, its not sending ‘UP/OPERATIONAL’ trap. Hence the operator is left with an impression that some of the FC and RP hasn’t come up until he manually logs in the router and check back.
