FIB HW programming error for mpls nh object with 'Entry exists' error.
1. Issue is seen in Jericho-2 based platforms with BGP LU multipath auto protect. 2. In BGP LU multipath, any transition from 2 path to 3 paths or from lower number of paths to higher paths leads to asymmetric increase in count of s/w object - mplsnh which programs the mpls encap in h/w. 3. Further when the LU prefix is withdrawn /path is going away, mpls encap is not deleted in h/w. It leads to stale mpls encap. 4. Any re-use of this encap by other features lead to failure. FIB MGR returning entry exist is one such failure.
LC reload where MPLS encap reference count mismatch has happened.
