Standby ASR1000-ESP200 cards will into disabled state occasionally. This will happen only when Standby-RP is reloaded or entire chassis is reloaded.
Issue seen only with Standby ASR1000-ESP200 cards. Issue will not affect active ES200 card Issue can happen when entire chassis is reloaded or when standby card alone is reloaded. Issue is with IOS version 17.9 onwards
Doing "hw-module reload" of the standby ESP200 might recover the card but not guaranteed
This will not have any impact on active ESP cards. HA is affected because standby ESP will not coming. Upgrading image with fix will solve the issue.
