configure NAT statement with VRF ip nat inside source static 1.1.1.1
with both interfaces (ip nat inside & ip nat outside) belonging to the same VRF
using VASI NAT
in IOS then, NAT looks up what VRF the interface configured belongs to, and creates a NAT rule for this particular VRF. in IOS-XE, it just adds the NAT rule to the global VRF if an interface is used. we need the same feature to work on ios-xe
