With endpoint loop detection enabled, frequent MAC moves from local to remote could bring down the port to error disable even when the moves are across the loop detection threshold.
MAC moves from a local to remote tor and back to local. This transition continues for a period of time. Typically there's an underlying issue triggering the moves. In a stable system such moves are not expected.
Try configuring the maximum number of moves of 255 and also set the port disable error recovery timeout to 30 secs. This would minimize impact for any disruption.
