Port using copper transceiver is not going up after reload when AutoNegotiation is enabled
QSFP-100G-CU1M in use between NCS55A2 ans NCS55A1
Remove and re-apply AutoNegotiation configuration or don't use auto negotiation.
Upon reload there is race condition on NCS-55A1 which kept the AutoNegotiation in disabled state; here AN request is coming before port is created hence not handled.
