This issue is being seen in 1 out of ~15 cases. If the customer has a CAPWAP AP (which is EWC capable) and they are trying to convert it to the EWC mode for the first time they may face this issue.

This is applicable to EWC capable APs that did not have EWC image and is trying to to convert CAPWAP AP to EWC AP for the first time
Issuing the same command again usually fixes the issue.
