Symptom

Navigate to Workcenters->Providers->Agents and you'll get the following Error "id to load is required for loading"

Conditions

ISE passive ID configured with Agents

Workaround

use "application reset-config ise" on the primary passiveID node to reset to factory config To find which node is the primary passiveID node use "show logging application passiveid-mgmt.log | include primary" if this cannot be done please contact TAC to apply the workaround.
