Symptom
After an upgrade/reboot of an ASA, CGroups errors are generated in ASA syslog after startup every time.
The syslog triggered is a variable syslog "ASA-3-199015"
syslog messages observed similar to the following:

[16479] pm:CGroups [ERROR] CGroupsConfigure() failed in ConfigureCGroups:3280!
[16479] pm:pm [ERROR] ConfigureCGroups failed
[16567] pm:CGroups [ERROR] CGroups aren't initialized.
[16567] pm:process [ERROR] CGroupsEnrollProc_Apply() failed for lina.
Conditions
ASA (FPR11xx) upgrade or restart
Workaround
None at the time of writing but only cosmetic issue as part of FTD code that is not removed but not in use for ASA softwares

The syslog triggered is a variable syslog "ASA-3-199015" that may yield different problems in this case it is CGroup configuration file errors.
