CUBE is configured with multi-VRF and sub-interfaces using the same IP-addresses. When one sub-interface is shut down, this causes CUBE to send 200 OK responses to OPTIONS ping using the incorrect VRF.

Shutting down one sub-interface impacts OPTIONS ping responses for other sub-interfaces with the same IP-address but with different VRF. Issue is intermittent and might not affect all sub-interfaces that have the same IP-address.
