There are two work-arounds options available: 1. Apply available SMU for releases 9.3(9) or 10.2(2) Then upgrade directly to 10.3(1) or later -or- 2. Perform a multi step upgrade - First upgrade to fixed release 9.3(10) and later 9.3(x) code or 10.2(3) and later 10.2(x) Then upgrade to 10.3(1) and later
